Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Optmum (the "App") on Mac, iPad, or iPhone, you agree to these Terms of Use. Optmum is distributed through Apple's App Store, so Apple's Media Services Terms also apply to your purchase. Where the two conflict, Apple's terms take precedence for payment, refunds, and account matters.

License

Optmum grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Usage Rules in Apple's App Store Terms. The App is licensed, not sold.

Universal Purchase

Optmum is a Universal Purchase: a single subscription or lifetime purchase unlocks the App on Mac, iPad, and iPhone for any device signed in with the same Apple ID. Family Sharing is supported.

Plans & pricing

• Monthly — $7.99 / month with a 3-day free trial.
• Yearly — $29.99 / year with a 7-day free trial.
• Lifetime — $119.99 one-time purchase.

Prices may vary by region and currency. App Store pricing shown at checkout is authoritative.

Subscriptions, trials, and renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on iOS / iPadOS, or App Store → Account → Subscriptions on macOS. Cancelling stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Lifetime purchase

The Lifetime plan is a one-time, non-recurring purchase that unlocks the current major version of Optmum and all updates we ship to it. If we ever release a fundamentally new product under a different App Store listing, Lifetime does not automatically transfer to that new listing.

Refunds

All purchases — subscriptions, free trials, and lifetime — are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be made through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you'd like help with a refund request, email us and we'll do our best to advocate.

Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App, and not to use it to process content you don't have the right to process. Optmum runs entirely on your device, so the legality of converting any given image is your responsibility.

Warranty disclaimer

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Optmum disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Always keep backups of originals before batch operations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optmum is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, including loss of data or images.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of Optmum after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
