Please include the platform you're on (Mac, iPad, or iPhone), your OS version, your Optmum version, and what you were doing when something didn't behave the way you expected. A screenshot helps.

- App Store purchases & Universal Purchase
- One subscription unlocks Mac, iPad, and iPhone via Apple's Universal Purchase. Sign in with the same Apple ID on every device. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your Apple ID settings.
- Restoring a purchase
- Open Optmum on the new device, go to Settings → Restore Purchases, and make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used at purchase.
- Conversions, batch, and quality
- Tell us the input format, the target format, and the quality / resize settings you chose. If a specific image is failing, including a sample (or its dimensions and size) helps us reproduce.
- Refunds
- App Store purchases — including subscriptions and lifetime — are refunded by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. Email us if you'd like help with a request.
